Napolitanska pizzor

A Neapolitan pizza has a crust that is chewy with a certain crunch. The edge is thick and filled with air bubbles, almost a bit zebra-like. The pizza is cooked at a temperature of around 500 degrees.

A good start to the day naturally includes a good mountain breakfast, and at Holiday Club in Åre it is our signature porridge that is the crowning glory. In addition, we offer local products from Åre Bakery and other carefully selected suppliers.

We asked our staff to prepare a drink menu. It was a collection of beautiful mountain peaks with good flavors. How about the Blåhammaren with blueberry sorbet or the Skutan flavored with blackcurrant.
