What are our opening hours in the experience baths and restaurants?

Do you need to make an appointment to swim and visit the Season Sauna?

No, you don't need that. However, you need to make an appointment for breakfast and dinner, and you do this via the links in the welcome letter that we send out before arrival.

Can you rent a bathrobe, towel and slippers?

Yes, it is available for rent at the reception.
Slippers: SEK 30
Bathrobe: SEK 65
Towel: SEK 35

What about the experience bath?

You who have booked accommodation including entrance to the pool have access to the pool even before check-in and until 11.00 on the day of check-out. Children under 12 may only swim with a guardian.

When can you check in?

At 16:00 but if you arrive earlier and the room is ready, you will have access to the room. If not, you will have the opportunity to use our luggage room and experience bath until the room is ready.

When do you need to check out?

You must have checked out of the hotel room by 11.00 at the latest. For our apartments, no later than 10.00 applies. Always return keys and any swimming bracelets at reception.

Do you have pet friendly rooms?

Yes, it is perfectly fine to bring pets, such as dogs and cats, to Holiday Club Åre. If you want to book a hotel room, you book a package called "Stay & Enjoy with Furry Friends". If you want to book an apartment, you can choose any size available and then click that you have pets in a later step in the booking, and we will put you in an apartment where pets are allowed.

Is there parking outside the hotel?

Yes, we have a public car park outside the hotel that costs SEK 80 per day. You will find parking machines in the large car park and along the hotel. Places with engine heaters are located along the far side of the hotel. Parking app: Mobile park (Q-park), zone 1026 (then choose with or without engine heater)

In the hotel's large parking lot, there are 2 normal chargers and 2 fast chargers from Mer, which are managed via their app.

Is there free Wifi?

Yes, there is free Wifi both in the hotel and in the apartments.

In the hotel

  1. Connect to the network "Telia wifi"
  2. Click "register"
  3. Tick the box "rules and conditions" and "Accept Terms"
  4. Fill in your email address and press "log in" to start surfing.

In the apartments

  1. Find the network ’Holiday Club Guest’
  2. Start up a Web browser and register your email address
  3. Go to your email and confirm to get free Internet access throughout your stay.
What age limit do you have at the hotel?

You must be 18 years of age to be able to book a room and stay at the hotel.

Is there a luggage room?

There are luggage rooms on the entrance floor where you can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out.
