If you have booked accommodation including access to the pool, you can use the pool even before check-in on the day of check-out. Children under 12 years old may only swim with a guardian.

Season Sauna is currently included at no extra cost, but remember to take it easy and relax. Children also need to unwind sometimes and are welcome to the Saunaworld together with an adult.

The pool and Saunaworld cannot be booked in advance; you can arrange your entry at the reception.

At 16:00 but if you arrive earlier and the room is ready, you will have access to the room. If not, you will have the opportunity to use our luggage room and experience bath until the room is ready.

You must have checked out of the hotel room by 11.00 at the latest. For our apartments, no later than 10.00 applies. Always return keys and any swimming bracelets at reception.

Yes, you’re very welcome to bring your pet to Holiday Club Åre. Our pet-friendly rooms can be booked both as Standard Rooms facing Åre village and as Superior Rooms with a terrace overlooking Lake Åre. If you’re booking an apartment, all of our apartments can be selected – simply tick “Pet with supplement 500 SEK” during the booking process.

Please note that housekeeping will not clean the room if a dog is loose in the room. If you’ve ordered cleaning, you’ll need to be present and keep your dog on a lead, or take them out for a nice walk while cleaning is carried out.

Good to know: Pets are allowed on the entrance floor, in the lobby and its seating areas (please note: not on the sofas), as well as in the hotel room corridor on floor 1. Pets are not permitted in our restaurants or shops.

Please also be mindful that some guests, for various reasons, wish or need to keep their distance from dogs. Thank you for showing consideration.

Yes, we have a public car park outside the hotel that costs SEK 80 per day. You will find parking machines in the large car park and along the hotel. Places with engine heaters are located along the far side of the hotel. Parking app: Mobile park (Q-park), zone 1026 (then choose with or without engine heater)

In the hotel's large parking lot, there are 2 normal chargers and 2 fast chargers from Mer, which are managed via their app.

Yes, there is free Wifi both in the hotel and in the apartments.

If you’ve booked through one of our third-party channels, or if you’ve chosen the “Room & Breakfast” or “Stay & Enjoy” package, you can purchase an activity pass upon arrival.
