We often say that the entire mountain is our gym regardless of the season, but sometimes it's nice to have a roof over your head. When you visit our enclosed SATS gym, you'll have a view of the lake and the mountain world. Here, you can train yourself stronger for the adventures that life and the forces of nature offer. The environment just makes it a little more enjoyable. You can easily find all our group training sessions in our activity schedule, via the SATS website, or APP. Additionally, training is included for you if you have booked your accommodation package directly through Holiday Club Åre as part of our Active Inclusive concept. As a SATS member, SATS membership terms apply.
Additional cost for SATS members from other gyms
At SATS Åre, admission to the Adventure Pool and Season Sauna is included. This is in addition to what is normally included in a SATS gym, meaning that as a member of another SATS gym, you'll be charged an additional fee of 80 SEK. Since the Adventure Pool, Season Sauna, and SATS gym are connected, this fee is mandatory, and we hope that you, as our guest, also take the opportunity to enjoy the pool and sauna during your stay.
